This Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, and protect information when you utilize our multistreaming, event hosting, and cloud transcoding tools.
2. Information We Collect
We collect account registration data (name, email address, password hashes), billing details (processed securely via PCI-compliant gateways), broadcasting metadata (stream titles, bitrates, frame rates, destination platform IDs), and transient chat logs when you enable our unified multichat overlay.
3. Stream Data & Transient Video Transport
Your incoming video and audio feeds are relayed through volatile in-memory edge buffers to your target destinations. Multistream Platform does not permanently store, inspect, or sell your raw video content unless you explicitly activate our Automated Cloud Recording feature for archival purposes.
4. Third-Party Platform Integrations
When connecting your YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, TikTok, or custom RTMP/SRT accounts, our platform stores authorized OAuth tokens with industry-standard AES-256 encryption. We never access your private messages or un-related third-party account assets.
5. Data Security and Retention
We maintain physical, organizational, and technical security safeguards at our data centers. Cloud recordings are retained according to your plan's storage allocation (from 5 to 100 hours) and can be deleted by you at any time.
